​角田　歩(カクタ　アユム)

　やりたい職業も進路もなく、大学在学中、バイト先のテニスクラブのヘッドコーチの人間性に感化され、大学から始めた初心者からインストラクターになり、メインコーチとして勤める。

そこで、職業選択の本質は何かと考えるキッカケとなる。

​

　６年後、9.11国際テロ事件を見て、陸上自衛隊に転職する。訓練や教育、部隊新設などの業務に携わりながら一般兵出身の幹部になり、現場と管理職の意思疎通や認識の相違などの弊害を実感するとともに、組織体の形成について考える時間となった。

​

　15年後、第1次まち・ひと・しごと創生総合戦略を期に地方の重要性に気付き退職し、東京に出て情報収集と接点の無かったデザインの基礎を覚えるため東京モード学園基礎グラフィック学科を修了

​

　その後、地域おこし協力隊として山形県新庄最上地域で活動を始める

・「引き継ぐ観光ワラビ園」

　　ここにしかない質を持ち、リピーターが地域でも多い高齢化で廃業した観光資源を再開・再構築・担い手探し　　

　　(広報及びクラウドファンディング、地域連携)

・「HANEマルシェ」 

　　担い手がなく高齢化により自然消滅した温泉地区イベント、観光資源と地元民との関係希薄化を憂慮し、

　地区の若手を呼び掛けて復活。高齢者主体のイベントであふれる地域に若手主体の若者が楽しめるイベントを作

　る。

・「食品加工所再興」 　　

　　限られたグループ関係と高齢化により、農業6次化課題を克服できず停止した施設のアクセスを開放し、

　人が流れ、様々な力を持つ人が集まる環境を作る(クラウドファンディング、地域連携)

・「限界集落の宿泊施設利活用」

　　廃墟化しそうなリノベーション施設を地区から預かり、管理しながら情報発信・情報提供して新たな担い手に

　引き継いでもらう取組み。現在は、オルタナティブスクール運営者の本拠地になる。

・「SATOYAMA FAMI FES 2023」企画

　「HANEマルシェ」に関係した地域の若手達が、提案した地域イベントの企画を支援する

　など

   When I graduated from high school, I did not have a career or path that I wanted to pursue. While in college, I became a tennis instructor because I was impressed by the personality of the leader of the tennis club where I worked part-time.There, I had a chance to think about what was the essence of my choice of profession.

​

    Six years later, after watching the 9/11 international terrorist attacks on TV, I changed jobs to the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force.While engaged in training, education, and the establishment of new units, I became an officer from the rank of sergeant, and realized the adverse effects of the differences in communication and recognition between the field and management.

​

   Fifteen years later, I retired from the Ground Self-Defense Force after realizing the importance of rural areas from the Japanese government's "First Comprehensive Strategy for the Creation of Towns, People, and Jobs. 
    I was looking for a job where I could work for the benefit of rural areas.
　
   The following year, I moved to Tokyo and graduated from Tokyo Mode Gakuen's Department of Basic Graphics to learn the basics of design, which I had never studied. After graduation, I began working in the Shinjo Mogami region of Yamagata Prefecture as a member of the Regional Development Cooperation Team.

◎Renewal project of a tourist bracken garden
　 We reopened, rebuilt, and searched for the bearers of a tourism resource that had a quality unique to this area and had many customers in the region, but had gone out of business due to the aging of the population.

◎Revival of local events "HANE Marche Project 
　 Concerned about the weakening relationship between tourism resources and local residents, the project called for the revival of events in the hot spring area that had spontaneously disappeared due to the aging of the population and the lack of leaders. In an area overflowing with events mainly for the elderly, we created an event for young people to enjoy.

◎Revival of a food processing plant　
　 We renewed a facility that had been shut down due to the aging of the population and closed group relationships characteristic of rural areas, and created an environment where people with various abilities could gather.

◎Utilization of lodging facilities in marginalized communities
　 We took care of a renovated facility that was about to fall into disrepair, and while managing it, we worked to provide information and disseminate information so that it could be passed on to new leaders. It is now home to an alternative school operator.

   The largest music festival in the Mogami region will be held together with local youth.

　In 2023, I was appointed as the manager of "Fiesta" in Kitamoto-cho, Shinjo City.

   Through my past jobs, I am aware that I have a tendency to think about what I can do to solve problems of people and organizations, or what I can do to make things better.
